Double room - Centre Southend -

Hello,
We are 2 professional looking for a third house mate, to replace an international student who stayed there during the university year 20-21.
Room is 10 minutes walk from university, Southend Central station, Central bus station. Room furniture: double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table, clothes rail.
No deposit, however references needed. Possibility of car parking in the street.
Shared: bathroom, sitting room, garden. Smoking only outside. Kitchen: microwave, gas hub, central heating, wash machine, fridge, allocated cupboard.
