This room is in a 2 bedroom, top-floor flat on Bircham Road.

Ideally, I’m hoping to find a tenant happy to take this room on for at least a year. The room comes with its own private bathroom which is clean and well-maintained.! The room is fully furnished and comes with a double-bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is an outside balcony and an open kitchen/living room; the rent will include all bills. There is also an allocated parking space included solely for you. You will be sharing with a working professional, female who rents the other bedroom.
