Very large double room. Double room with double bed and sitting area. Share bathroom with one other room. Comes with allocated parking in a gated Community area. Two minutes walk from Southend beach, on Southchurch Avenue. 2 minute walk to the local Tesco express and buses. Couples accepted but there is an extra charge of £150 a month for the second person (can be negotiated but I reserve the right to evict if you think you can cheat this).
