The modern kitchen has high quality appliances (2 ovens and hobs 2 large fridge freezers, a washing machine, microwave and kettle), as well as plenty of storage. The kitchen/diner has a scandi-style dining table and chairs, an armchair, plus with tasteful artwork throughout. The Double Room: The room is situated on the first floor. The room shares two communal bathrooms with 3 other housemates, so 1 bathroom between 2 housemates. .
The room costs £550 per month including all bills, is suitable for single occupancy and is available from 4th Febuary.
The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license) and includes unlimited fibre broadband. We also provide a cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks as part of the rent. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. In short, everything is taken care of!
The Tenants: We preferably accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants.
The Landlord: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues and there are no hidden charges. We ask for 1 months’ rent upfront and 1 months’ rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. We ensure all our properties are safe, secure and well-maintained.
