Single/box room for full time professional

Hi, I'm currently looking for a new lodger for a single/box room. The room is currently occupied but will be available at the end of September. Would suit someone in full time employment or study and who doesn't have too many things and wants to save money.
All furniture is new and includes bed & mattress, small wardrobe, shelves, and over the door storage. There's storage under the bed as well. Larger items like suitcase, can be stored elsewhere in the flat. I also have an attic where you can store some of your things.
You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, a separate shower room, and our own garden. I have a small utility room where washing machine is. There's a living room, which you are welcome to use when I'm not around as otherwise I treat it as my work space.
You will be sharing the property with just me and my cat. Occasionally my boyfriend will be staying over. I am away often for work & visiting my boyfriend in London. Would prefer someone who wouldn't mind feeding my cat when I'm away (usually at least 2/3 nights a week).
I appreciate cleanliness and intend to keep it that way. The flat would best be suited for a person who appreciates 'homely' feel and are considerate of others.
Southend East station is 6 min walk away. The walk to the town takes 15 min. There are shops close by.
Strictly no overnight visitors unless agreed beforehand. Flexible monthly rolling contract.
