It is a 12 minute bus ride to the hospital and 20 minutes to Southend airport. Cycling takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to both the hospital and airport.

The monthly rent covers the cost of all bills, (gas/electricity 9smart meter), water, council tax, broadband and TV licence.
A bi-weekly cleaner is provided for communal areas.

This is a privately run house, with a live out experienced and accredited landlord. We do not use letting agents, we personally manage the property.
