In the garden there is a lockable shed for the storage of bikes/large items etc. Garden furniture and BBQ provided.
Easy access to all amenities. 2 minutes from Southend Victoria Station, 4 minutes from Victoria Shopping Centre and 5 minutes from the centre of Southend town. The local area has many restaurants, bars, a cinema and a gym all within walking distance.
It is a 12 minute bus ride to the hospital and 20 minutes to Southend airport. Cycling takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to both the hospital and airport.
The monthly rent covers the cost of all bills, (gas/electricity/smart meter), water, council tax, broadband and TV licence.
A bi-weekly cleaner is provided for communal areas.
This is a privately run house, with a live out experienced and accredited landlord. We do not use letting agents, we personally manage the property.
The house is fitted with fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
A holding deposit of £100 is required to secure the room, which will be refunded at the end of the tenancy agreement.
