Hello there! I have a lovely spacious double room and am looking for a friendly lodger to join us. The property has two bathrooms, so you’d share a large one downstairs with just ONE other housemate. Currently, there are two of us living in the house, and I occupy the upstairs space. In total, the house will have three residents, including myself. My current housemates and I are full-time professionals who value respect, friendliness, and cleanliness. I'm looking for a new housemate who shares these qualities. The third housemate has moved out, so the room is available.

Our house boasts a charming garden and is tucked away on a peaceful street right in the heart of Southend city centre. You’ll be just a two-minute stroll from Victoria train station, the bus station, a gym, a cinema, shops, pubs and the Victoria Mall shopping centre. Plus, it’s only a five-minute walk to the college university, library and Southend Central train Station, and a lovely seven-minute walk to the seafront! The property has been recently renovated, cleaned, and offers fast internet along with all the essentials like a washing machine, fridge, oven, and more. The room itself is furnished with quality items, including a super comfy divan bed with an orthopaedic mattress—perfect for a good night's sleep!

We take pride in keeping our home clean and welcoming. So we have a cleaner who cleans weekly the shared areas, and housemates who tidy up after themselves.
