The house has gone a full renovation with a brand new kitchen, brand new bathroom and bedrooms.

You will also be happy to know that their is no carpet( for people who are allergy to dust) and your room Will also include underfloor heating, a premium wardrobe and a bed including mattress.

We are happy to share the kitchen utensils(as far as it is kept tidy and clean).the kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine and a dishwasher.

We currently don’t have a cleaner and we are happy to arrange for one if we mutually agreed to an additional cost, otherwise we expect the house to be tidy and clean all the time when not in use and happy to share cleaning duties.

You will also have your private parking space on the drive if you have a car. The house also includes a big garden to share.

We are looking for a nice and genuine professional or mature student that is looking to live in a home as part of a family and even happy to share dinner together sometimes.

The rate is inclusive of bills including water, gas, electricity & council tax. We will also include our high speed broadband for sharing.£600 PCM and £600 advance rental.
