Hi. I am a retired, female teacher from London, now living in sunny Southend. I have had many lodgers from around the world and enjoy learning about different cultures.

You will have a south-facing double room overlooking a beautiful garden.

I am looking for mature, quiet, preferably 50+ female lodgers who are looking for a 'home' not a short-term place to live.

We are quite quiet individuals who occasionally have the odd glass of wine together. No smoking on any part of the property.

There is a large shared fridge freezer used by only one other person

Washing machine. Dryer can be used only in the winter months only (December to May)

Shower room shared with one other female

Nearest station: Southend East, 50 minutes to London. Excellent train service on the C2C line at Southend East and the Abellio line from Southend Victoria or Prittlewell stations.

No off-street parking
