Nice sized Double room southchurch

The room is on its own floor so feels private to the rest of the house. The bathroom is directly opposite the room. We have access to another toilet, so will only use the bathroom for showering.
The room comes as seen with some furniture, bed, brand new mattress and new bed linen.
There is a decent sized wardrobe directly outside the bedroom, so doesn't take up space in the room.
The room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle, and acts as your personal kitchen. Laundry will cleaned and dried for you, and washed separately to anyone else's clothes - This is for a reasonable amount of laundry and is included in the price.
There is parking directly outside the property which is covered by CCTV
My husband and I live in the main part of the house. We are a gay couple, which I only mention encase for religious reasons this would make you uncomfortable.
