Comfortable bedroom with private large bathroom

Flat share with double size bedroom. Does not come with bed but a large open wardrobe can be provided. Room comes with own large private bathroom with shower and bath. Please note there will be a shower curtain and mount for the shower head before occupancy.

Shared large living room/kitchen with very large tv, excellent broadband, bike shed and shared garden.

Flat is 5 minute walk from town centre, 5 mins from both Southend Victoria train station Prittlewell, 10 mins from Southend central train station. 30 seconds from a corner shop and 2 mins from the greyhound industrial estate with Lidl/Matalan etc.

Most bills included, the only other thing would be for shared items such as cleaning products, toilet roll etc.

Single female so would prefer a female flat mate, non-smoker/vaper. I’m allergic to cats but would consider other pets.
