Double Room in Quiet Area

I have a lovely, furnished double room in a quiet area of Southend with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. All bills included.

I am a live in landlord and as I am at home most days I am looking for someone who is at work during the day. Hopefully you like the quiet life too as I live pretty quietly and would prefer it to stay that way. I'm upbeat and positive and enjoy art and photography.

You must be OK living with dogs as I have a little rescue Shih Tzu who lives with me. She is a very quiet, gentle little girl.

Please note that I am in the process of trying to sell the flat so I can not guarantee a long term let. The market is very slow at the moment so I imagine it will be at least 4 months before I move. You must also therefore be happy for the estate agent to show your room to anyone looking to buy the flat.

I have a small garden at the back of the house that is a sun trap so lovey to sit in when we have nice weather.

Unfortunately there isn't any allocated parking and it can be difficult to find a space on the road during the day but the evenings are fine. There is also a council car park at the end of the road that is free between 6pm and 8am.

Southend Victoria Train Station: 10 minutes walk
Prittlewell Station: 7 minutes walk
Southend Central Station: 15- 20 minutes walk
Town Centre: 10 minutes walk
