Southchurch high street is a five minute walk
Southchurch park and beach front 20 mins walk.
The house has just been refurbished so it is clean and welcoming
We are very friendly and chilled and love to meet new people.
The kitchen has everything you need including your own fridge/freezer and cupboard space.
There is a large garden to enjoy and a large outbuilding for anyone needing additional storage.
