Room has a double bed with new mattress, two large wardrobes, one small and one large desk, and a large chest of drawers.
The house has a lounge, separate downstairs wc, upstairs bathroom, large kitchen and second reception which leads to the garden.
I have teenage children who stay with me every other weekend, along with their small dog. I also have two cats, so you must be ok with kids and pets - if you have your own kids that stay with you sometimes, they are welcome.
I have to travel quite a lot for work and for fun - so there will be a lot of the time where you will have the house to yourself.
