Between 3 occupants you MUST appoint and pay for a cleaner for a minimum of 2hrs per week, to clean communal areas; or you must seriously work out how to keep things clean. It is NOT a serviced apartment.
Garbage must go out on Thursday mornings before 7.00am. No waste to be held inside !!
