Located direct on the A127, 2 minute walk to multiple bus-stops, 20 minute walk to Southend University Hospital and only few minutes walking distance from Civic Centre and Southend Victoria Station.
The 1st floor of the building has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room/kitchen + 1 bathroom + 1 spare toilet.
Currently 1 room remains occupied by our granddaughter (Sas 22 /student dental nurse /sporty/outgoing) . 2 rooms have now become available, as other family have moved out, so we are now looking for people to use space of the houshold. Both rooms have double beds with clean mattress and basic furniture, you're more than welcome to supply your own if you would prefer. 1 room is at rear, with large balcony. Other room (no balcony) is at front. We do not offer parking spaces, however there are side roads you can park down - each being a 2/5 minute walk from the house. Between 3 occupants you MUST appoint and pay for a cleaner for a minimum of 3hrs per week, to clean communal areas. Garbage bags must go out on Thursday mornings before 7.30am. Legally this tenancy runs under what is considered a 'Lodgers agreement' (created on internet).
