The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed featuring a 10-inch memory foam mattress, wardrobe and good storage, and also includes its own private sink.

Please note: the bathroom is adjoining and is shared with one other housemate only (not a private en-suite).

There are two separate kitchens, helping avoid congestion, plus an outside garden for occasional use.

Conveniently located close to the town/city centre and High Street, with good public transport and train links nearby. Lidl is within walking distance. Honiton Road is a well-established residential area.
