This brilliant location will suit professionals, teachers, engineers working at the airport, especially hospital staff or mature students. This location is very useful if you work late shifts as you can walk home from the Casinos and many of the restaurants.
Parking is available with a Residents Permit which you can obtain once you become a resident with us. However if you work in the centre you do not need a car to get to work, you just walk for a few minutes. The house is well equipped, including the internet. As well as the full bathroom, there is a separate shower room including basin and a second WC with basin, so no queueing.
The spacious kitchen/diner has all the usual things including washing machine and dryer, and full width window with double doors opening onto the terrace garden.
