The room is available immediately sharing with just me, I am an easy going, sociable professional female, I respect other people’s privacy and am looking to share with someone like minded.
The room is currently furnished with a new bed and wardrobe but you are welcome to bring any furniture you already have.

The flat itself is lovely, modern and clean, and not your average flat share, it has a large shared lounge with 42inch flatscreen TV and sea views, kitchen and bathroom/ shower room; there is also a shared garden which is great for BBQ's in the summer!
