The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Currently there are 4 tenants in the property who all work full time. We have a dog called emily, she is a rescue Labrador!
Our new housemate must work full time, ideally we are looking for a female.
I have a small bedroom available. It is a small room so please bare that in mind. However, it is advertised as a double because it has a double bed. Overall the house is huge.
Currently there is a double bed, tv & dvd player, bedside table, chest of drawers and a small plastic set of storage.
We have a kitchen diner, with a sofa and table in the room.
Medium sized garage for extra storage!
Utility room - washing machine, additional freezer and a tumble dryer.
There is also a living room which has two leather sofas, tv etc.
All bills included, we have wifi!
I'm preferably looking for a female.
Must be trustworthy, clean/tidy and overall honest.
We all work hard and expect that everyone mucks in and cleans the house.
