Reduced room rate for childcare

HI I'm Marie. I'm 34 and professional. I am looking to rent a room out to someone for a reduced rate in exchange for support with childcare 1 week in 4. My little boy is at school and may need to be collected from the childminder at 6. 30 Mon- Thurs the week I am on call with work and I can't predict how late I will be. Also I would love to be able to get up at 6am to go running a couple of times a week so if a person is around at that time while he is asleep that would also be a bonus.

I can't afford to get an au pair so if there is someone who wouldn't mind doing a little bit (he is in bed at 7pm so its mainly just being at home) in exchange for reduced rent?

I would need to rent out somewhere new to rent for this so whoever fits the bill would be able to help choose the location.

Open to having pets though we don't at the moment
