This is a happy home that is looking for a professional only. The room is the biggest room in the house - so anyone who likes their own space will be more than content! You will have access to a fitted DOUBLE wardrobe - and a double bed made out of carved oak/walnut, Shelves and a chest of drawers.
All utility bills are included in rent, you will also have access to WIFI, Nowtv, Netflix and Amazon TV (you have probably guessed we like a good series/trash tv in this house).
Garden gets sun all day, kitchen is only 2 years old with all the mod cons, plus the ones you dont normally have in rented accommodation; dishwasher, tumble dryer etc.
There are two bathrooms and two toilets in this house - so you dont need to worry about access, ever..
The room is available immediately and when we advertised a room downstairs it went quickly. This one is nicer - so if interested - please get in touch for a viewing.
Current housemates 2 women and 1 bloke, no pets - though next door neighbour's cat likes to pop in to say hi every now and then.
