Double room in friendly house share

Double room with double bed in friendly house with gay male couple and two small dogs (1 french bulldog and 1 small toy poodle).
Use of sitting room, Lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
Bills included. Broadband and local phone calls.
During the week we both just chill at home so would prefer someone similar as we both work full time.

The room is quite plain at the moment as we never use it but we are happy for you add new curtains and hang picture/mirrors

Room is £450 Monday to Sunday or £380 Monday to Friday (things can be left in the room over weekend).

House is 5/10 minutes walk to Southend Victoria train station and a little bit further to the University of Essex
local bus to the centre is also just at the end of the street for Southend University Hospital.

Parking is available on the street out front.
