Luxury & Modern Double Furnished Room

I'm Kate, a 36 year old that currently works from home. During the evenings and weekends I enjoy seeing friends and going to the gym. As a housemate I am clean, tidy and partial to a glass of wine.
The flat is furnished and it is a short walk to Southend East and Southend Victoria train stations to get into the city. It is also a short walk down the hill to the beach. It’s a 10 minute drive to the hospital and to the airport. I am looking for someone that would treat my home as if it was their home. I am a little bit of a clean freak when it comes to the communal areas, so no messy people please.

The room is bright airy and modern with a double bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables and a full length mirror. I have an en suite so you would basically have your own bathroom. You also get a parking space as the flat comes with 2.

I have a dog that stays with me every 2 weeks, so you’d have to be comfortable with dogs.
