I'm an Australian professional, live in landlady working full time. I have a two year old daughter who is in bed at 7pm and in nursery full time during the day.
I have a double room available. Strictly no couples and non-smoking essential.
Monday to Friday lodger would be ideal and the rent would be negotiable.
No DSS and no students.
Would suit a teacher or someone employed at Southend Hospital or The Airport.
Off street parking is available for a small car. Shared living room, separate kitchen/diner. Decking and patio in a pleasant garden.
Close to the station (end of the road), a short walk to southend town centre and easy access to the 127.
