The room is fully furnished, bed, bedside table, desk and a complete wall of wardrobe. The location is in a wide street in the centre of town, both of the main stations are a short walk away, and university only a 5 minute walk at most. The seafront is 10 minutes away. There is Residents Parking in the street for about £20p. a.
The shared kitchen diner has a washing machine and a dryer, as well as all the usual appliances and opens on to a well cared for sunny terrace garden where you can sit and relax.
This is an excellent place to start in the town as everything is here for you, a short walk away from all the bus stops and station. The house is well managed and serviced by the owners who are members of SEAL, therefore among the best landlords in the town.
