It is in a well organised house with a spacious kitchen diner opening onto a well kept garden with relaxing sunny south facing patio area where you can enjoy a coffee and read in the sun. The surrounding properties are all quiet, and the house backs onto a spacious well kept neighbouring garden, a bit of paradise if you like open space. The general location is very pleasant and amazingly convenient right next to Southend East Station, 10-15 minutes walk to town centre (3 bus stops not worth waiting then), 10-15 minutes to the beach, as well as free street parking and storage for bikes. Within in yards are Tesco and Sainsbury Local, as well as shops and restaurants in this thriving area. This is a hugely advantageous location and surprisingly open.
