Hi guys & girls, Iv a double room up for rent in a beach front flat in a well maintained private complex with security gates & entry phone, Recently decorated, Own bathroom/shower in a modern flat, Nr the sealife center, The town & Southend central is a 10 min walk & so is Southend east station on the C2Cline & the there's regular busses outside on the main road.

WiFi, sky, 50 "smart TV, all mod cons, washer, dish washer, coffee machine, no parking as it's resedent parking only, there's possible parking in side streets but summer coming up I can't promise.
I don't mind short term
(Min 1month), im easy going and live in property, The room is furnished, double memory foam mattress, side table, lights, a mirror a chest of drawers & a double clothes rail in the alcove & a tall storage unit, I work, but I can arrange viewing this week In the evening or weekend, employed only & no housing benefit or Dss, pets considered, talk to me as im a animal lover, property is available now.

I work full time in heavy structural steel, I also sometimes work away for a few weeks a month, so trustworthy house mate is a must.
