You will also find Tesco Direct, Iceland, M&S Food, and Sainsbury's within walking distance.
The rent EXCLUDES electricity and council tax (band C) which should be roughly £230 per month during the winter - and goes down once the heating comes off. The following bills are included (water, fibre optic broadband, Netflix UHD). The room will be offered furnished with the following:
1 Double Bed
1 Eve Double Mattress
1 Chest of Drawers
1 x Desk and Chair
2 x bedside tables
1 x bedside lamp
1 x sliding wardrobe
The flat is a new conversion. I am looking for someone friendly, clean, and easy-going. I want to try and keep the flat clean, so it must be someone who is happy to clean after his/her mess and keep the room hoovered and clean as appropriate.
You will be expected to provide a copy of your passport and evidence of permanent employment or studentship. A reference from the previous landlord or workplace would sometimes be required.
