Light airy room, ideal for student or professional

The room is available from July 2017. You would be sharing bathroom and kitchen facilities with one other in a spacious room in a warm and comfortable apartment. Easy access to the Town Centre, stations and seafront.

I am looking for a friendly, trustworthy person. I work in community arts so an interest in music and drama would be good but by no means essential. I'm am often away at weekends and occasionally my partner stays with me- along with her friendly old Labrador.
