The House: Renovated throughout in late 2017, this spacious, high-quality home offers 5 large double bedrooms with modern furniture (double/king-sized beds, comfortable mattresses, a desk and stool, bedside tables with industrial style lamps, wardrobes, blackout curtains and carpets). The kitchen has high quality appliances, including a washer dryer, dishwasher, range oven, kettle, microwave and 2 x fridge freezers (plus a separate wine fridge!). There is also plenty of storage. The kitchen/diner has a scandi-style dining table and chairs plus with tasteful artwork throughout. The room available shares a stylish modern bathroom, as well as a separate WC with 3 other people. There is a sunny multi-levelled garden as well.

The Room: We have a good sized, furnished double room situated on the ground floor with views onto the front. The room is suitable for single occupancy only. The room is available from 1st July at £550 per month all inclusive.

The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license etc) and includes unlimited superfast fibre broadband. We also provide a cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks and a gardener on an ad hoc basis. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. In short, everything is taken care of!

The Tenants: We only accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants.

The Landlords: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so there are no hidden charges and we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues. We also employ a professional maintenance company who can be contacted 24/7 in the event of an emergency. We ask for 1 months rent upfront and 1 months rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. There are no other charges.
