The room is a double bedroom with wardrobe, draws and bedside cabinet. The TV in the bedroom is not included.

The House is a two bedroom terraced house which has been freshly decorated throughout. Its literally a two minute walk to Stanford le hope train station with good links to westham and fenchurch street stations ideal for anyone who commutes to london. There is a downstairs living room and kitchen (open plan). Appliances fridge freezer and washing machine in the kitchen. Living room is modern and spacious with a sofa and television. There is a small garden which will soon have garden table/chairs and bbq. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and one bathroom (shared). There is parking available also at the property for one extra car.

I am looking for a working professional who is easy to get a long with, clean, tidy and sociable. I am a shift worker therefore may come and go at some strange times. I work in the emergency services so will not tolerate any illegal behaviour. Looking for someone i get a long with, whos into their sport and someone who respects peoples space.

The price is not negotiable, an agreement will be written up and signed. I will have to do a right to rent check which I will require a copy of identification etc I will also need to details to inform house insurance and a form for the mortage company will need to be signed by the lodger. Im looking for no grief/someone who pays on time and is chilled out.

This will be the first time renting a room in my home so initially would be for a short term (3 months) however if after 3 months we are both happy it will continue.
