Brigh, spacious, quiet room.

A very cosy, bright room, with a double bed. Good space to chill out in the room itself, ideal for a student.. A quiet location, facing the garden, peaceful views. It has a mirrored big wardrobe with plenty of storage that runs a whole wall. The room is located in a two bedroom house with a beautiful garden and space for parking. Modern, clean household with a new fitted kitchen and two toilets, the upstairs one has a bath. It takes 15m walk to Standford Le Hope Station and 40m to London. This is a room with a double bed but, is rented to a single person. No over night stays with other people, apart from the occasional time. I’m seeking for a female, house bills included but I’m seeking for a temporary short rental so, not Council Tax preferably, unless I can add on this extra cost (approx £60). I have (3) short haired cats, seeking for: someone who likes cats, either professionals who don’t work from home or students. Vegetarian/pescatarian. I work in London and study so, I don’t mind you using the living room but, when I arrive late at night and in my days off, I need this space myself. There is a TV in the room too.
