Live in female landlord will share bathroom.

Looking for a new, clean, tidy and friendly person to share my lovely home with. 3 bed house but only renting out one room, no other rooms will be rented.

Single occupancy only. No visitors or overnight stays I'm afraid.

-Stanford-Le-Hope station is a three minute walk away, with a direct train straight into lakeside, London Fenchurch street, Leigh on Sea and many other locations.

-There is a shop at the end of the road that sells essentials, as well as a Cost Cutter, garage, chicken shop and Chinese takeaway one minutes walk away

- Pubs, Indian and Italian restaurants, butchers, bakers, hair salons (as well as other beauty shops), mini tescos and Co-Op also within a 7minute walk from the home.

Two parking spaces available on driveway, (my car plus one space for the incoming house mate.)
