Spacious double room with king-size bed available to rent, has three fitted double wardrobes (combination of hanging and shelved storage). Desk available for room if needed.

Live in female landlord will share bathroom.

Existing house mate is sadly moving out so looking for a new, clean, tidy and friendly person to share my lovely home with.

House and garden have recently been completely refurbished. Single occupancy only, happy to share the living room, kitchen and garden too but no visitors or overnight stays I'm afraid.

Truly fantastic location, based in a quiet peaceful road with many amenities within walking distance :

-Stanford-Le-Hope station is a three minute walk away, with a direct train straight into lakeside, London Fenchurch street, Leigh on Sea and many other locations.

-There is a shop at the end of the road that sells essentials, as well as a Cost Cutter, garage, chicken shop and Chinese takeaway one minutes walk away

- Pubs, Indian and Italian restaurants, butchers, bakers, hair salons (as well as other beauty shops), mini tescos and CoOp also within a 7minute walk from the home.

Two parking spaces available on driveway, (my car plus one space for the incoming house mate.)
