Large double bedroom to rent!

I have a spare bedroom with a king size bed in it.
The house is located within a 2-minute walk from the town centre, which all the necessary amenities can be found (from hairdressers, opticians, cafes, takeaway restaurants, shops, nice pubs, etc).

In terms of transport/getting around:
The train station is a 3-minute walk away and it takes about 10-min from Lakeside Shopping Centre.
It's 30-minutes from West Ham Station, and;
Central London via Fenchurch Street or Liverpool Street within 45-minute.
There is a bus stop less than 1-minute walk away which will take you to the surrounding areas (Corringham, Basildon, Lakeside, Grays, Tilbury, etc)
If you need to get around by car, it's also very easy. I'm close to the main roads such as A13, A127, A130 and M25.

I'm a professional, who works full-time.
You will be sharing the house with me and my cockapoo girl, Maggie. She's 3 and fully house trained. We're both easy going but we don't like parties and loud noises. So, it's important that you are a dog person.

We don't mind if you are a smoker as long as you smoke outside the property.

You will share bathroom, kitchen and living room facilities with me.
