We're a Jaz and Solly, married couple who have an annexe at the back of our house.

We built it a few years ago for an elderly family member who no longer needs it, so we completely renovated it to rent it out to a clean, quiet, single occupant professional.

The annexe is fully furnished. It benefits from its own entrance, inside it has a single bed, wardrobe, fully functioning brand new kitchenette and it own shower room. All bills are included.

The property is in a great location, walking distance from shops, petrol station, restaurants, takeaways. The train station is a 5-minute walk.

There's parking across the road, but it's residents parking (Thurrock), but happy to discuss arrangements.
