Room to let in comfortable family home

I have a room to let in a family home that will now be more like a house share. My 22 year old son, his girlfriend and another tenant are living at the property. The room has a single bed in it but the tenant can replace with a double if preferred.

Wi-fi is available. Shared bathroom with shower over bath, also downstairs toilet. Usual amenities (washing machine etc.) available. Cost of room covers all bills- payable monthly in advance.

Although smoking indoors is not permitted, I don't mind in the garden.

Stanford station is about 20 mins walk away and Corringham shops about 15 mins walk.

Parking is available in the driveway or in front of the garage.

Would prefer to meet and have a chat with any potential tenants before confirming letting.
