Double Room to rent - NON Smoker

I live in a 3 bed terraced house 5 minute walk to pubs and amenities. Deep Port is a 10 minute drive. There is a shared bathroom with shower, full use of kitchen facilities, free wifi. Looking for someone who is preferably a non smoker (no smoking allowed in the house or bedroom!!!) and who is tidy and will respect my home and who is in full time employment.
