Rooms for young adults in large house + parking

This is a large 4 bed house, close to the train station, shops, gym, and pubs. 2 rooms available, all bills included. We have a fast wifi connection, virgin TV, and cleaner (but they won't do your dishes). Large kitchen/diner (dining table also a pool table), living room, bathroom (bath, shower, toilet), downstairs toilet (so no queuing for the loo). Landlord has a miniature dachshund (mini sausage dog), who is very friendly, stays downstairs.

Landlord is a 22 year old young professional requiring house mates to fill empty rooms. Very sociable atmosphere with friendly neighbours.

NOTE: the room available are being used by current tenant who moves out in June, so photos are of the room as they are being used now. Contract states each room will have bed (one single), wardrobe, shelves, and draw units.
