House sharing

It is a 3 bedroom semi detached house with 2 toilets within a short walk to the station which goes in to Fenchurch Street, London. It is nicely decorated and offers off road parking. I do have a big dog (Dogue de Bordeaux) but he is very friendly and very well house trained. I am clean and tidy, easy going and friendly. I work shifts and would think of it as a house share rather than a room to rent. I have sky which you would be able to use and also broadband. There is also a garden to the rear of the property which is maintained. The house consists of off road parking to the front, a porch leading to hallway and stairs. There is a living room downstairs with new sofa's, downstairs toilet and then a large kitchen / dining area. I have bought a nice glass dining room table and this has a large television on the wall. It is modern with a built in oven and 5 gas hobs. There are patio doors leading to the garden. To the side of the property is a garage which I tend to use for storage of bike etc but there is plenty of room for more or a mini gym. Upstairs is 2 double bedrooms, a single and then a bathroom. The single room will remain empty although does have a bed in I often use it for drying clothes etc. There is a loft which has a light and flooring so if you need to store lots of boxes there will be plenty of room. Couples are welcome but would require an extra £50 a month.
