Double Bedroom - Quiet, Clean & Tidy

I am a tidy professional guy, with a busy lifestyle!!

I have a nice semi-detached 3/4-bedroom house with Virgin TV (in the room) and WiFi Broadband facilities. My house is situated in a quiet road, with a large driveway and large garage (if you have any storage requirements).

I am a 10 minute walk from the mainline train station. A convenience store is very close by.

I'm offering a double room. I would share the kitchen, shower and dinning rooms.

All bills would be inclusive. I would only expect the normal reasonable hygiene/cleaning standards (Kitchen/bathroom/own living area).....I would do the rest of the cleaning!

I would prefer professional males but i would consider all viewers. The right person is more important than the rental income.

I am only looking for 1 housemate so please do not reply as a couple, sorry.

The room is available for viewings in the evenings (8pm onwards) and weekends.
