Large Double Bed Room, own Bathroom , parking

Hello room hunters.

We are looking to rent out a spare room in our new house in Stanford Le Hope, roughly 5 minutes walk to the station for c2c trains into Fenchurch Street, and 3 minutes drive to the A13.

Your newly decorated room has a brand new double bed with under bed storage, a large Double Wardrobe , a tv for you to use and is situated on the first floor. You will have your own separate bathroom to as well. You’ll have access to super fast internet.

The living room has a modern entertainment system, a large wall mounted flat screen TV, a Xbox ax, Netflix and Amazon Prime subscription. Although while we are happy to have you spend time with us downstairs you also have your own TV in your room.

There is a large sized garden and a gas BBQ, so whoever decides to move in with us can look forward to plenty of BBQs (unless you’re vegetarian lol) during the summer months .

You should be a respectful, low maintenance, tidy and trustworthy individual who ideally isn’t a night owl. We have demanding jobs and go to bed fairly early every evening.

Furthermore you should be in permanent employment. Whilst sexual orientation isn't a decision making factor, you should be comfortable around same sex couples.

It's up to you how involved you'd like to be in this household but we do certainly encourage a friends-like living environment.

Forgot to mention, we have 3 rescue cats, and a Labrador puppy so this place wouldn’t be suitable if you’re allergic or don’t like pets.
The puppy is currently being trained and should be well behaved by the time the room is available.
