Well managed shared house

I have run a property business for 25 years catering for professionals who want a clean, quiet and well run house. We clean shared spaces fortnightly and personal rooms if wanted. All repairs are dealt with quickly and efficiently and the garden is maintained by us.
The room is offered furnished except for the mattress which you must bring. All kitchen utensils are provided.
The room is suitable for a professional person in current employment and able to offer work, bank and previous landlord references. All bills are included plus broadband.
