I am looking for a level headed person(s), must be clean & tidy like myself.
£600 deposit (refundable pending breakages etc) plus one weeks rent in advance - Bills included.
You will have full use of the main family bathroom as I have an en-suite. This will be a house share and the Snug room will be yours to use at your leisure.
Its a newly refurbished house (old council house) and only a 5-10 minute walk to the Tollgate shopping centre & Sainsburys. The bus route is No.65 into the town Centre.
