I have a double bedroom available for let in my detached 3-bedroom house. I’m looking to let to females or males. Please do get in touch should you have any questions!

I am a 33 year old working professional. I am very much into all sports and have a keen interest in fitness. I enjoy socialising with friends and visiting different countries, when I get the chance.
****** About you
I'm open to both males or females renting a room, but *no couples or families (sorry!)*. No pets. If interested, please get in touch with some details about yourself, too!
****** Details about the house:
* Bedroom: this is a large double room on the top floor of the property, with an ottoman style bed and large wardrobe to provide ample room for storage. There would also be space for a desk, should you wish to bring one. The room is front-facing, overlooking the park.
* Fitness/Home Office: Downstairs room that can be used for (limited!) home working, alongside some fitness equipment that I generally use in the morning
* Shared living room: super homely room, with a sofa, some beanbags, and TV!
* Kitchen/diner: Shared, with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cupboard space et cetera
* Shared bathroom: I have my own ensuite, so most frequent use will be between yourself and one other person
* Garden/Balcony: we have our own garden (and there’s also a large park right in front of the house!), alongside a balcony that’s great for use in the summer months
* Potential for parking space, however there is ample street parking available

The house is located on the new estate in Sainsburys, including many local shops, easy access to Colchester, alongside simple train access to London (via a bus/short drive).
* Gym (Energie Fitness): 0.8 miles walk from the house
* Sainsburys: 0.6 miles walk
* Aldi: 0.8 miles walk
* Colchester Town Centre: easily accessible via bus S2 (bus stop 0.4 miles / 7 mins from the house)
* Bus to Marks Tey station: <20 minutes in total journey time with trains direct to London Liverpool Street
* Excellent access to the A12
