Pleasant double room in central Stock village

Pleasant double room in quiet central area of Stock village, your window overlooks woodland, with birds and squirrels…even a little deer recently!

This is a Monday to Friday let.

Comfortable king-size bed, wardrobe, chest, desk, chair and TV. Carpeted. Bedding and towels provided, and washed weekly.
Room cleaned weekly. Bills and broadband included.
Welcome to use kitchen, dining room and garden, and sitting room by agreement.

Busy village with supermarkets, great pubs and restaurants.
Easy parking near the house, five minutes walk to bus stops.
Buses go to Chelmsford, or to Billericay and Basildon.
Local Train stations in Billericay, 10 minutes, or at Ingatestone, 15 minutes by car.

The nearby ancient woodland is great for walking and running, and quiet lanes for cycling. Bicycles can be kept in the garage.

The area is quiet and leafy, and the house is clean and tidy, but happily so. You will find me good tempered and friendly, but respectful of your space.
