QUIET room near Billericay & Chelmsford

Quiet farmhouse prefer quiet mature lodger who likes own space. Stock is close to Billericay and Chelmsford. Non smoking house. working person not shift workers. we have busy lives and the house is our home, we have one cat, and one dog. We have central heating and double glazing. . This is NOT a house share, I rent out a spare room. The room is 13ft x 10ft and is furnished with single bed, wardrobe, desk etc., and has views of the countryside. This is NOT a party house. I have had several lodgers who have stayed years. Safe off road parking. We do have Wifi. We prefer Monday - Friday lodger. But will consider 7days a week.. All Covid jabs done.
