Housemate would have full use of shared rooms and amenities. Shared bathroom with one other person. Must be comfortable living with a happy cat and dog. Epping train station is short bus ride away and on street parking outside the house is available. Room is fully furnished (minus TV). Happy to make way for your own furniture if you would prefer and can be flexible on moving in date. Bills includes Broadband, Sky TV in Living Room and Cleaner.
