Room/s in large family home in Thorpe Bay

Our clean and comfortable house is 5 minutes walk from Thorpe Bay Station and shops; ten minutes from the beach. We have one smaller double room available now for £400 pcm, and a larger one from £500 for sole occupancy (£650 for a couple) will be available from August 2014. Both have shared bathroom and w/c. There is a large, beautiful garden and we also have an allotment and grow our own veg. We have three cats and keep a flock of bantam chickens. Gordon is a a Vedic astrology teacher and wife Clare has retired from work in finance. We both love cooking. We are looking for a quiet, friendly and interesting person who must a non-smoker
