This is a very quiet house and the studio is for private rent to a full time working professional lady over 25. (am live in landlady in separate part of house)
Strictly non smoking house, not suitable for hybrid/working from Home/students and no pets

The Studio is for single occupancy only and is situated along Thorpe Esplanade near The Roslin Hotel - about 250 yards from the sea. It's a quiet house in a quiet residential road - with parking space on front drive most of the time.
The entrance is accessed via separate side gate to the house and has its' own door ,

The Kitchen is 'galley' style and has floor & wall units, gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and under counter fridge/freezer. The fitted cupboards hold saucepans, cutlery, crockery and there is also a Toaster, kettle and other general kitchen items.

There is a separate shower, hand basin and toilet.

Large bed sitting room with double glazed bay windows overlooking the sea and includes a 5ft bed with large storage underneath the mattress, a separate three seater grey sofa, a white wardrobe (with mirror), chest of drawers and wall mounted (small) TV (not tested at time of posting)

Rent: £890 pm inclusive of Council Tax, Utility bills (ie Electricity, Gas, Water Rates and Wifi.)

One months deposit and one months rent required with references sought if required. If relevant, any or all Home Office or other relevant legal documents relating to Right to Work and/or Right to Rent will need to be in date and produced. .
