5 minutes walk from Virgin Active Gym, 10 minutes drive to Deans School/sports centre, 5 minute drive to King Johns school, Benfleet station & Rayleigh station both 10 minutes drive away. (both going into London).

A beautiful/clean house, with sunny garden with a pool which you can use this in the summer. We are a family of 4, easy going and happy people.

Looking for a professional or a student, who is also easy going, happy to be socialable but also keep them selves to themselves as and when they like.. Ideally A Sunday pm to Thursday/Friday stay, but flexible.

You are welcome to use the kitchen and weekly use of washing machine.
